TATACARA PERMOHONAN

1. Borang Permohonan Sewaan boleh didapati di Bahagian Pengurusan Mal & Wakaf, Ibu Pejabat MAIPk atau di mana- mana cawangan pejabat MAIPk.
   
   
2. Borang tersebut juga boleh dimuat turun melalui laman sesawang https://www.maiamp.gov.my. > Rakyat > Penerbitan & Muat Turun > Borang Sewaan Premis Hartanah MAIPk.
   
   
3. Borang permohonan yang telah lengkap hendaklah dihantar ke Bahagian Pengurusan Mal & Wakaf,Ibu Pejabat MAIPk atau di mana-mana cawangan pejabat MAIPk sebelum atau pada tarikh tutup permohonan.
   
   
4. Borang permohonan yang diterima pihak MAIPk selepas tarikh tutup permohonan tidak akan diproses.
   
   
5. Hanya permohonan yang melepasi tapisan sahaja akan dihubungi oleh pihak MAIPk atau dipanggil temuduga.
